Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was utilized as agricultural and then vacant land from at least 1951 until construction of the current manufacturing building in 1989. Historical records document the former occupants of the subject property consisted of Taylor Machine Products, Inc., a machine parts manufacturer, from at least 1995 until 2003 (and likely since construction in 1989). The building has been unoccupied since 2004. The City of Jellico acquired the property in at least 2013 from tax delinquency..
