Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A firm named 2950-2952 East Speedway Boulevard purchased the site in December 2017 after having environmental due diligence conducted. The Phase I ESA noted historic automotive uses on an adjacent property, which was included as part of the purchase; however the subsequent investigation found these historic operations did not impact the site. Site owner is now working to attract investors and/or developers to the overall property and would need asbestos and lead-paint work performed if renovation or demolition were to occur. The purpose of the surveys is to market the potential for redevelopment at the property which is largely vacant.
