Additional Property Attributes

The site lies in Township 20 North, Range 20 West, Section 02. The site is situated in the central business district of Ronan, and is located on the south side of Main Street on the corner of 1st Avenue. This property consists of three lots. It is a commercial lot surrounded by several businesses and a park to the south. A two-story building exists on the property and is currently not in use. The previous uses were an engine repair shop and a bullet manufacturing business. As of September 2018, a brewery investment group is considering purchasing and redeveloping the site.
