Additional Property Attributes

An approximately 22,500 square foot area on the eastern portion of Lot 271 will be redeveloped by the City as part of on-going neighborhood improvements. The subject site will be improved with a two-way extension of Charlotte Hope Street with a connection to Kinsley Avenue and the Woonasquatucket Greenway. Furthermore, a multi-use path and linear green infrastructure pocket park is proposed to provide pedestrian and bike access from Kinsley Avenue and the Greenway to the newly constructed Charlotte Hope Plaza and adjacent Farm Fresh RI Food Hub facility. These improvements are part of the City's overall project of improving the Woonasquatucket River Greenway along this corridor.
