Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to available resources, the property was historical used as a railroad depot, an office building, and storage/warehouse. The subject property is surrounded by commericial and industrial properties on the south, east and west sides. A tank saddle was present on the east of the the main building. The presence of tank saddle indicates that an above ground storage tank was used for storing propane, motor fuels, or other substances, the former tank location represents a REC. Based on Phase I ESA report, the histroical long-term use of the property as a warehouse and railroad depot prior, the presence of stained soils in the vicinity and location of a former ust represents an enivromental concern. The property was formerly owned by W.K Payne and gift deeded to the Community Foundation, Inc (New Horizons Ministries) in 1999.
