Former Use: During 1962-1981, the property was designated a the Mississippi Cottonseed Production Plant. Based on the Phase I ESA several REC were observed and noted in relationship to the property: Hydraulic hoists were operated at the truck lift station; two (2) uplift bail presses were observed in the mill buildng; three (3) pad-mounted transformers were observed west of the mill building; Hexane was stored at he the facility in one (1) 23,000 gallon UST; One (1) 500 gallon and one (1) 10,000 gallon diesel AST, pigeon droppings were observed; and ACM was reported present in a asbestos survey conducted in 2004. A phase II ESA has been order for the property.
