Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Keystone-Seneca was founded in 1956 to produce aluminum and aluminum alloy wire and woven screen cloth supplying insect screen, filtration media, and telecommunication customers and markets. It also produced fiberglass screen and features epoxy power coated wire and wire cloth and other secondary processes.A phase II ESA was performed by an independent environmental firm in 2007. A Phase I ESA was performed under the MDEQ hazardous substance grant and revealed that the soil appears to have been impacted by previous operation at the property. Oil and/or grease was noted during the on-site investigation within and surrounding the facility. The Phase I ESA recommended that a sampling analysis plan be created to address concerns outlined in the Phase I ESA report.
