Beacuse this was the property of the original CN Male Seminary, this property is very important to the tribe. There are many departments within the tribal gov't that are eager to establish programs/office/services on this property. Redevelopment at property is "Cherokee Elder Care" - Started in October 2006. This developed is along the frontage of 4th Street, to the east of Go Ye Village.

Former Use: 117 acre property on edge of town 8 buildings on property, most used for school purposes. Property of the original Cherokee Nation Male Sminary from 1851 to 1910 after Seminary burned down, the existing "Graham House" was built in 1910 between 1910 and 1961, property used for residential and agricultural schools tarted in 1961 to present day.
