The Phase I has been completed and Recognized Environmental Conditions exist at the site. A Comprehensive Site Assessment will be required to complete the Arkansas Brownfields Program.

Former Use: Former paper mill, bad pak plant, rail and ship yard. Owned by International Paper Company. Shutdown in 2000 and razed by 2006. Several concrete pads and foundations evident and subsurface filled with demolition debris concrete, l, wood.
