Former Use: Number of Parcels and Acreage - Two parcels containing 10.06 acres; Number of Building(s) and Square Footage - One office/manufacturing building totaling 24,000 square feet; Current Property Use - Manufacturing of transformers. The subject property was historically vacant and/or agricultural land from at least 1922 until it was developed in 1974 with the current main building. The southern utility building was added to property in 1980. Sola Hevi-Duty, a manufacturer of wet and dry transformers, occupied the building from 1974 until 2008 when the building was vacated. Thompson Engineering occupied the office portion of the subject building from April 2011 to 2012. The current occupant, V&F Transformers, has occupied the subject property since 2012 and manufactures transformers.
