Property being redeveloped by Jackson Kayak for new operations/manufacturing facility.

Former Use: Assessing records document that the subject property consists of one parcel containing 44 acres and developed with three buildings constructed in 1963. Building 1 is a 189,920 square foot manufacturing building. Building 2 is a 50,400 square foot manufacturing building. Building 3 is a 59,850 square foot manufacturing building. Since the buildings are interconnected, they are referred to as a single building. The subject property consists of three interconnected buildings (forming one single building) containing approximately 300,000 square feet. The building was used by the former manufacturing facility, and is located on the northern portion of the subject property. The building contains a two-story office area in the northwest portion, and the former manufacturing area in the southwest portion. A former air compressor room is located outside the southwest side of the building. Southeast of the former manufacturing area are rooms formerly utilized for tool storage including a forklift shop. A former conveyor paint line is located along the northwest side of the building and the area southeast of the paint line was formerly utilized for storage and assembly operations. The northeastern portion of the building was formerly used for shipping and receiving operations.
