The main operations occurred on a nearby property located at 3300 McMinnville Highway (not part of the subject property). The property was subsequently used by Phillips Luminaries/Thomas Industries for research and development as well as electronic board soldering and machine storage originating from their property located at 3300 McMinnville Highway.
