Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historic land use of the Bridgepoint Business Park area during the 1920's through 1960s gennerally included: heavy industry, stockyards, railroad yards, vacant land and commercial industrial. During the 1970s and 1980s much of the historic rail yards, stockyards and heavy commercial developments were vacated and dismanteled and new the historic rail yards, stockyards and heavy commercial developments were vacated and dismanteled and new commercial/industrial developments were constructed throughout the property. Previously vacant land located on the southern portion of the property was developed after 1970 for commercial purposes including, manufacturing, trucking, lumber yards, automotive repair and fueling. The currently existing new commercial office and manufacturing businessess occupy the property primarily on the north and east were generally constructed starting in the late 1990s through the present.
