Additional Property Attributes

Groundwater at the site contains 1,1-dichloretene, 1,1-dichloroethane and 1,4- dioxane above the California MCLs. The sources of these compounds have not been identified.

Former Use: The Stabond Corporation site has been used for industrial manufacturing operations since the mid to late 1950s. Chemicals used at the site include 1,1,1-trichloroethane, hexane, acetone, toluene, resins, rubber, latex, clays, acids, corrosives, methyl ethyl ketone, methylene chloride, phenolics, magnesium oxide, lacquer diluent, isocyanate, waste oils (include gear, hydraulic, motor, and compressor), urethane, ammonia, mineral spirits, peroxides, neoprene elastomers, and nitriles.
