Additional Property Attributes

Areas of soil and groundwater contamination requiring further evaluation and/or management to facilitate future development of the property include: 1) PAH in soil throughout the property that may be representative of urban fill. 2) PAH in groundwater and soil associated with incidental spillage/leaks from former ASts that were located adjacent to the north side of Building C. 3) ACM, lead and PCB-containing paints, and hazardous and/or potentially hazardous material located throughout the mill building. (PPF � Wainshall Mill Buildings (Monadnock Mills Facility, 4/4/05) Mill buildings are currently vacant. Redevelopment plans include both residential and retail. (PPF - Monadnock Mills Facility, 10/10/06)

Former Use: Property includes two former mill buildings that were formerly part of the Monadnock Mills complex. Buildings were constructed in 1853 and 1915 respectively.
