Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was affected financially due to groundwater contamination from an adjacent dry cleaner facility. Mr. Neptune, the owner of the property had plans to expand his business the and move his restuarant into another building near the subject site. THe Phase II investigation was conducted to confirm that his property was not the source of dry cleaner solvent contamination found in MW's of the City right of way, and that solvent impacts were below CTL's for Natural Attenuation. As a result of the Phase II investigation, no further action was issued to the owner Mr. Neptune, however the adjacnet dry cleaner (Jean and Franks Dry Cleaning) continues to remian contaminated. Mr. Neptune was able to resolve the issue with the financial institution that previously denied Mr. Neptune the ability to seek funding for expansion due to the environmental contamination.
