Additional Property Attributes

Property sits at a very visible and strategic location for the town of Curwensville. The local development corporation, the Curwensville Development Corporation has made the redevelopment of this project a key priority, and is pursuing a purchase or finding a buyer. Anticipated future use is light industrial.

Former Use: For many decades, the property was used for cheese processing by the Clearfield Cheese Company. It was purchased in the late l980's by Howes Leather and was used for leather processing. The facility was vacated approximately 6 years ago.
