Additional Property Attributes

This is a nearly 100 year old paper mill facility. Soil and groundwater sampling has showed low level contamination that is appropriately addressed with long term groundwater monitoring and capping/activity and use restriction. PCBs in flooring and machinery mounts in one production area indicate exceedance of occupancy standards and will need to be remediated/encapsulated prior to re-occupation.
