Additional Property Attributes

The Arcade Mill opened in 1887 and operated in various industrial capacities until 1997 when it burned down. In 2002, the Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods bought the property along with 27 adjacent properties to clean up the fire damage.

Former Use: Arcade Mill built in 1887, burned down in 1997, and bougnt by the Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods in 2002 with 27 adjacent properties. This TBA addresses four lots proposed for residential use. These lots lie on a portion of the former Arcade Mill property.
