Additional Property Attributes

The Onigum Parish Hall/Old Head Start building was once a gathering place for St. Johns Assembley for church activities such as wakes and funerals and then became the Old Leech Lake Head Start. The Reconnaissance and interviews identified six recognized environmental conditions (REC) in connection with the site namely: suspected asbestos containing materials, suspected lead-based paint, mold, other biological contaminants including animal wastes.

Former Use: Parish Hall was once a gathering place for St. Johns Assembly for church activities, Leech Lake Head Start, Minnesota Chippewa Tribe for land, building Diocese of MN.
