Former Use: The Site is located in downtown Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, within a district consisting mostly of commercial development. The legal description of the Site includes Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block 102, Original Town, now City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The 3rd and Denver TBA Site is described as being bounded on the north by 2nd Street, on the east by the Economy Parking buildings and South Cheyenne Avenue, on the south by 3rd Street, and on the west by South Denver Avenue, in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and as being in the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 02, Township 19 North, Range 12 East, of the Indian Meridian, containing 1.29 acres m/l. Site was formerly used as a location for dwellings, apartments, filling stations, automobile repair businesses, a public library, and a parking lot.
