Addl Cleanup/Treatment info: The following environmental cleanup actions have been conducted: * Excavation and removal of lead/oil-contaminated soil near compressor blowdowns at the LaBour and Press parts of the Site; * Excavation and removal of PCB-contaminated soil near the southwest corner of the storage building. Closure sampling indicated that PCBs remained in the soil; * Excavation and removal of soil from the west side of the parking lot; * Removal of drums and other containers; * Pressure washing and scrubbing of building floors; * Pumping and abandoning of pits with oily water/waste.

Green components of the redevelopment include reuse of granite from Miles Labs and wind/solar-powered lighting.
