Additional Property Attributes

Based on the Phase I ESA, Site history and use information was not available prior to 1946. The existing residential structure was constructed on the Site in 1951, with the Hammel Superette building constructed in 1957. The Site operated as the �Hammels Superette / Skelly Oil� service facility from 1957 to 1980. From 1980 to 1988, the Site operated as the �Hammels Superette / Texaco� service facility with an associated a coin-operated Laundromat. The Site operated as the �Hammels Superette� with no petroleum sales i.e., only a grocery store and sporting/hunting goods store from 1988 to 1992. The Hammel Superette building has remained vacant since 1992.
