Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was developed in the 1950s for industrial purposes machine shop, metal finishing. In 1973, the site was purchased for development of a manufacturer of machining lubricants and coolants. The site has been used for those purposes since that time, except for late 2010 when the property was left vacant by the existing owner. The assessment will be used to support plans to acquire the property for future economic development purposes.
