Property Highlights

The project property supported the integrated steel mill operations from the 1900�s through 2002 with fuel products and repair bays. Redevelopment and Jobs Potential: Following remediation, the site will be used as a steel-product storage yard for Infra-Metals, a steel beam distribution center located on an adjacent property. Infra-Metals intends on developing the site within the next three years to expand their facilities. They have estimated this expansion will create 65 new jobs at an average wage of 14.49/hour.

Former Use: The project property supported the integrated steel mill operations from the 1900�s through 2002 with fuel products and repair bays. The property currently is owned by the Southern Ohio Port Authority.
