Additional Property Attributes

BTA conducted for the �Sac & Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska�, to evaluate a property with environmental uncertainties that is being proposed for reuse as a daycare facility. Recognized environmental conditions RECs were identified in the Phase I as: petroleum and hazardous substances associated with past operations, a burn pit, and a septic lagoon. Due to the aforesaid RECs, a Phase II was conducted on the property. The data was provided to Sac & Fox to assist them with their redevelopment.
