Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment revealed the presence of the following recognized environmental condition in connection with the subject property: Small storage shed located on the east-central portion of the subject property contained two 5-gallon containers and approximately five 1-quart or smaller containers. These containers potentially contained chemicals that were released to the ground surface, but the containers were rusted and had no labels, so the former contents of the containers could not be identified. Two other 1-gallon containers were located immediately outside the shed and were labeled Poison. Additional assessment should be conducted and soil samples should be collected and analyzed for volatile organic compounds VOCs and semi-volatile organic compounds SVOCs to identify potential impacts to soil and/or groundwater. The Limited Asbestos Survey revealed the presence of Asbestos-containing materials ACMs in the building.

Former Use: The subject property has been used for residential purposes since at least 1962.
