Additional Property Attributes

Site was open land prior to 1970, when a vehicle maintenance shop for Farmington City as constructed. The shop area had an oil pit onsite Underground gasoline and diesel fuel storage tanks were located onsite and removed in 2995. The building was used for storage until the roof collapsed in 2000. Farmington expressed interest in a TBA with the intention to combine the site with a park to the south, but later withdrew from the program, and so work was never completed. A larger building was constructed onsite in 2007.
