Additional Property Attributes

The site was used as an emergency typhoon transition site in December 2002. A joint partnership with the Chamorro Land Trust Agency has allowed for the environmental assessment and cleanup of any potential contamination that hinders reuse of the property. A final Phase I Assessment recommends further investigation to determine the type and extent of the contamination.
