Additional Property Attributes

BTA was conducted for Amy Walker, DDS with County Support for a property with environmental uncertainties that is proposed for redevelopment as a dentist office. Dr. Amy R. Walker will purchase the building and property in April 2012. The dental practice will provide at least three jobs for the community and two additional jobs within the next year as the practice grows. RECs were identified as potential petroleum contaminants associated with the historical use of the property as a gasoline service station from 1928 to 1965. Due to the potential for impacts to soil and groundwater, a Phase II assessment is recommended to commence.

Former Use: gasoline service station from 1928 to 1965. 1965 to 1975 grocier store. Dental since 1983
