Additional Property Attributes

At the time of site reconnaissance, oil staining was observed throughout the building on concrete floors and in the vicinity of the floor grate located in the former engine rebuilding shop. Based on the potential of unreported or undetected releases, the staining in the vicinity of the floor grate constitutes a REC.

Former Use: Based on review of historical information, the site and surrounding areas have historically consisted of commercial and residential development. It appears the site was developed as a dwelling as early as 1908 until at least 1968. The current onsite structure was built in approximately 1975 (with a construction addition in 1983) and occupied by Oklahoma Tire & Supply. NAPA Auto Parts operated at the site from the early 1980s to 2011. The site is currently unoccupied.
