Former Use: The site consists of a 1.6-acre rectangular shaped lot containing a single-story 2500 square foot concrete block garage, an 8x10 foot wood storage shed, and a portion of a single story single family home as well as an in-ground pool. The site was undeveloped until the late 1940s when a single family home was constructed. The garage was built in 1957 and has housed a trucking company, a truck rental, sales, and service business, and various auto repair shops. The current shop, Rick's Auto Body, began operation at the site in 1998.
