Property B will be used as part of the golf course also.

Former Use: Property B is approximately 467 acres and consists of pasture/rangeland, wetlands and wooded areas scattered throughout. An old sorting corral is located on the east side of property B and is only accessible through the west side of Property A. Nebraska State Hwy 12 runs northwest to southeast across the top of property B. All of property B previously were owned by Melvin Van Every. No previous environmental reports were found
