Additional Property Attributes

All mercury contaminated soil on the property has been removed. The property will remain as town conservation land. The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services received a Remedial Action Implementation Report on August 15, 2007. This document is currently undergoing Department review. On 9/18/12, volunteer staff from Eastern Mountain Sports and the local Rotary Club begin construction of Wilder-Roatery Park at this site.

Former Use: Former thermometer factory and felt factory; most current use has been residential, but has remained vacant and owned by the town for approximately 25 years.
