Additional Property Attributes

An examination of the title for the property found that no environmental liens have been recorded against the parcels of land investigated. (PPF - Lake Asphalt Plant, 4/27/07)

Former Use: The property was used to store and distribute liquid asphalt from about 1946 to 1983. Above ground storage tanks were also on the property to store gasoline and diesel fuel. There are four buildings on the property built around 1950, all of which are in disrepair. The property was leased and occupied by Lake Asphalt.
