Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 3.63 acres in area and consists of three parcels. The two primary site parcels are currently occupied by a vacant, approximately 53,000 square foot, one-story building, which includes offices, storage and manufacturing areas.

Former Use: From at least 1937 to 1940, the southwestern portion of the main area of the site was occupied by small structures (most likely a residence and outbuildings). The eastern portion of the site was disturbed land and appeared to have been associated with the easterly adjacent property. The remainder of the site was vacant grassy land. The site was vacant of structures from the late 1940s until the development of the site in 1963 with the current light industrial/manufacturing building, with several subsequent building additions. Detroit Tubular Rivet, Inc. (DTR) occupied the building from 1963 until filing for bankruptcy in December 2010 and ceasing site operations in August 2011. The site building has been vacant since August 2011.
