Additional Property Attributes

This Parcel is associated with the former Louisiana Pacific Pulp Mill. This property housed the main office and personel office for the mill. Also on this site are facilities for the handling and transportation of wood chips, AST's UST's and railroad tracks (out of service).

Former Use: The parcel is associated with operations at the adjacent pulp mill. Wood chips, personel matters and management of the mill were handled at the site. Louisiana Pacific sold the Mill to Evergreen Pulp Inc. and in 2009 Evergreen Pulp granted the property to Samoa Acquisition Corp.
