Additional Property Attributes

Redevelopment of the Station Place property has had a significant impact on a once blighted area, in addition to complimenting the recent renovations of the train station by the MBTA and bringing job opportunities to the community. (PPF attached to QR 20, 7/1/05-9/30/05)

Former Use: Lumber yard, iron foundry, and until approximately 1998, a cold storage facility operated by Americold Corporation
