Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The eastern portion of the property was residential in the past and the western portion had operated as an Esso gas station in the 1960s and 1970s . Fueling operations continued after occupation of the property by Knox-Tenn Rental in 1985. The use of the property has been for fuel dispensing for at least 50 years.
