The Harlowton Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture purchased the property from Rick Smart. Montana DEQ used Haz/Waste CERCLA match requirement funds to perform the investigation at the site. Local contractors volunteered to teardown the existing building and clear debris. Chamber completed Phase I and Phase II Assessment and the property qualifies for LUST funds.

Former Use: This property is known as Bob's Chevron and was purchased by the Harlowton Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture from Rick Smart, who had been storing vehicles and debris on the property.
