Additional Property Attributes

This property is part of a hazardous building materials inspections in support of a planned demolition. The inspection is for ACM, LBP, and LEC. Based on the nature and age of the facility, hazardous building materials of concern were ACM, LCM, and LEC, and PCB containing transformers and ballasts. Identified were three ACM within the mobile home and the outbuilding, a silver roof paint, a roof penetration sealant, and silver outbuilding roof paint. Laboratory analysis of silver outbuilding roof paint, and roof penetration sealant identified asbestos presence in excess of 1%. Metal s and axels will be recycled.

Former Use: Mobile home on Lot #27 presented as a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood d structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included wood paneling walls, fiberboard ceilings, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. A small portable outbuilding to the south of the structure was included in the inspection. At the time of inspection, the mobile home was in fair condition.
