Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is located within the Old Fairfiel industrial area which contains several automotive and scrap operations, petroleum storage and transport businesses, chemical companies and other industrial businesses. The overall development consists of several blocks while the subject contains 8.68 acres of comparable development. The subject currently contains several small buildings, wooded areas, and demolished structures dating back tot he turn of the century many of which were residential in nature. The property is currently overgrown and has area so landfills and debris disposal all of which are not documented but carry historic EPA recordations. The plan is to demolish the current sites and put in an parking structure to support harbor operations.
