Additional Property Attributes

The property is located on Little Coyote Rd. Lame Deer, MT. It has been used as a storage and light maintenance garage for natural resource exploration equipment and mixing of pesticides/herbicides prior to spraying and is currently being used as a storage facility. A transaction screen conducted as part of this investigation indicated the potential presence petroleum contaminants and herbicides/pesticides in the soil at the facility. The Northern Cheyenne tribe wished to assess the soil to better understand any hazards posed to the public.

Former Use: The property is owned by the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and used by the Natural Resources Department as a garage and storage yard.
