Additional Property Attributes

Recent groundwater monitoring results determined petroleum contaminates are below Vermont enforcement standards. The site is expected to continue in the Central Vermont Brownfields Program as a hazardous materials site. A Phase I was initiated but 3/4 of the way through, VT DEC stated a Phase I was not necessary and that work should transition into a Phase II. Phase I work was undertaken but a report was not produced.

Former Use: The site operated as a general store and gasoline station. Some auto repair or servicing may have occurred at the site.
