Additional Property Attributes

The Property was vacant graded land that was previously developed as an automobile service center in the 1950s, and a tire shop in the 1970s. The Property was used for single-family residential purposes following closure of the tire shop until the residential structure was demolished in 2010. The Property has remained vacant since that time. We did not observe indications of any other current occupancy or usages of the Property. We observed scattered litter and trash on the Property including beverage containers, plastic, clothing articles, and glass. We did not observe stained soils, chemical containers, indications of buried materials, or other potential indications of disposed hazardous substances or petroleum products on the Property. We did not observe indications of foreign materials, chemical containers, or other potential indications of disposed hazardous substances or petroleum products on the Property.
