Additional Property Attributes

Site was originally a natural fiber bristle and brush factory. It was converted into industrial "incubator" space in the 1970's. Site is currently homes to artist studio space, office space, retail and performance studio space. EB & AC Whiting Company. Property has been in the Unsworth Family (Howard Space Partnership, LLP) for most of the past 100 years. Based on its in a former industrial and manufacturing area of the City, its proximity to known contaminated sites in the area and the likelihood of "urban" soils. Plan for development is Razing of two storage buildings and a duplex and construction of 3 story mixed use building.
