The property was previously used as a printing facility and unsure of the date of the building. Currently, leasing the building is bicycle fabrication firm. The long term usage history for the site is unknown. Environmental issues may have occurred as a result of previous industrial use of property. The Phase I was performed on behalf of prospective purchaser. A Phase II and Supplemental testing are also complete. A revised ABCA/CAP is complete.
