Former Use: The subject property consists of a 0.156-acre parcel of land that is currently developed with a two-story brick structure that was reportedly built in 1850. There are also two concrete loading areas on the east and south sides of the structure, a concrete parking area on the east side, and a brick walkway on the north side. Historical fire insurance maps and city directories indicate that previous uses of the structure include: warehouse from at least 1898 to at least 1975, barber shop from at least 1907 to at least 1913, and feed & seed business from 1977 to at least 1995. The structure has been vacant since the mid 1990s.
