Additional Property Attributes

The Site is comprised of 1.11 acres of commercial land situated south of East Market Street and north of Washington Street, both of which provide access to and from the Site. The Site is developed with a one-story 11,250-square foot former grocery store and surrounding asphalt paved parking lot. No RECs identified during Phase I ESA; however, asbestos containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) identified in the site building.

Former Use: The Site is comprised of 1.11 acres of commercial land situated south of East Market Street and north of Washington Street, both of which provide access to and from the Site. The Site is developed with a one-story 11,250-square foot former grocery store and surrounding asphalt paved parking lot. The Site building was constructed in 1946 and operated as a grocery store until it closed in 2017. Currently the Site is vacant. According to a review of historical Sanborn Maps and aerial photographs, prior to the construction of the grocery store building in 1946, the Site was developed with a mixture of residences and commercial businesses dating back to at least 1886.
