Additional Property Attributes

The property currently consists of an approximately 17-acre, irregular shaped tract of undeveloped, grass covered land. A railroad dissects the southwestern corner of the property. Historically the property was used as a large saw mill. Adjoining properties currently consist of: undeveloped land, and the Stokes Land & Timber Company truck shop to the north; former Georgia Pacific facilities to the east; Winston Veneer & Plywood to the southeast; Louisville Utilities to the southwest; a parking lot to the west; the South Louisville Auto Repair shop to the west; and the Fair Oil & Propane Fastbreak fuel station to the west.
